Unruly Wisdom

I have never identified with all those worship songs that repeat over and over "break me, oh God!" It just never made sense. So many people that speak in "Christianese" use this language in their super-spiritual prayers, and I have never been able to understand it.

Today I read this post by Eric Pazdziora, and i could not possibly write it any better myself.

Being broken is a bad thing, why would God want that for us?
